ACH transactions can now be refunded from a family ledger (Billing > Accounting > select a family).

The 'Issue Refund' option will now be grayed out for payments that are not eligible for a refund and the reason will display.

Once a refund has been initiated, the refund status will display as 'In Process'. This allows parents and the center to see that the refund has been initiated.
