Change your Password

Please follow the below steps to reset your password if your current password is unknown:

  1. Log out of Procare Online (click on your profile circle on the top right > log out)

  2. Visit https://schools.procareconnect.com/restore-password

    1. If the above link automatically logs you in, please clear your browser cache and try again

  3. You should receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your Procare Online password

  4. Once your password has been reset, please log in with your new password on web and mobile
