Detailed Staff Timecard Report

The new Detailed Staff Timecard report has been created to display staff check-in/out times by classroom. This report is in PDF format and allows you filter by different date options and one or more rooms.

Arizona DES Report Enhancements

  • The Arizona DES Report will now display the proper report ID in the top corner.

  • The report will now be sorted by child last name.

  • Fixed an issue where long names where causing a change in column widths.

  • Room transfer sign-ins/outs will no longer display on the report, only sign-ins/outs from school will display.

  • Fixed a display issue with the ‘Signature’ field. Previously, when a user would navigate to the Student Sign-In > Attendance screen to edit an attendance record, then choosing “Other” for the ‘Signed-In/Out By fields’, the ‘Signed-In/Out By Name’ fields were displaying the previously selected staff member.

Miscellaneous Features

  • The Attendance per Student Report can now pull data for up to 12 months.

  • For Tuition Express users, if a payment method stored for a family is no longer supported by the school, that payment method will not be displayed for the family.

Bug Fixes

Resolved the following issues:

  • The Timecard per Staff report was not displaying deactivated staff members when they were still active during the selected date.

  • Some parents were receiving the error message "Looks like you do not have any child registered with us yet" displayed after adding a new child in the parent portal.

  • The system would display "message sent" when a lead does not have an email address in their profile.

  • Unable to use drag-n-drop when creating newsletters in Chrome.

  • Lead Insights funnel chart was blank after deselecting a status filter.
