New Features & Enhancements

Infant Activity Dashboard

Admins can now enable and setup the new Infant Activity Dashboard from the Room Profile screen! This allows teachers to quickly view and log each infant’s bottle, diaper, and nap activities from the mobile app!

Please Note: The activity dashboard was specifically designed to fit the needs of the infant teacher and currently may not be ideal for all rooms at a center.

Corporate Subsidy Management

Corporate users can now create and manage subsidies with standardized naming conventions to generate consistent reporting across all locations.

Tuition Express Enhancements

  • Any attempted credit card authorization where a prior attempt for that card resulted in a decline with a category 1 response code will be pre-rejected and not transmitted to the card brand.

    • Category 1 Reject codes are 04, 07, 12, 15, 41, 43, 46, 57, R0, R1, & R3

    • The original response code will be pre-pended with `99` to indicate that this was a reattempt that was prevented from transmitting to the card brand.

  • Transactions processed through Tuition Express will now display an additional transaction reference number that may be used to uniquely identify the transaction with Tuition Express. This reference number will begin with “RetRef”.

  • Fixed an issue where The Bank Activity Report (BAR) displayed the date of returns moving funds from the customer’s bank account 1 day later than the actual date it occurred.

Miscellaneous Bug Fixes

  • Resolved the issue where milestones were not being properly filtered. Now, the correct milestones will be returned when the category matches the filtered category.

  • Addressed issue where some families reported Parent and Authorized Pickup PINs were being resent daily.

  • Fixed an issue where some users were receiving an error message preventing them from uploading documents.
