iOS and Android Mobile Update
New 'Switch Account' Option
Users with both a parent and staff Procare account using the same login credentials, can now switch between accounts without needing to logout and log back in. Simply click the menu icon in the top left corner of the app, then choose 'Switch to Parent' or 'Switch to Staff'.
Student Details Card
We've added a “Student Details” card located in the Message thread. While messaging parent/guardians, you can quickly look up the room a student is signed in to and access parent/guardian contact information by clicking the child's name/avatar.
Admin Approval Required Enhancement
When an admin is logging an activity that requires admin approval, they will now be able to deselect the “Admin Approval Required” radio button.
iOS Miscellaneous Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where admins were unable to select a sub family when receiving a payment from the mobile app.
Resolved an issue regarding parents unable to add their signature when using the iOS Voiceover feature on their mobile device.
Previously, sound was not playing on videos when the mobile device was in silent mode. Now, the sound will come through when volume is up, even in silent mode.
Fixed an issue where the child’s date of birth was not saving after the parent updated it.
Fixed an issue where parents were receiving an “Access Denied” error message when attempting to view lesson attachments.
Android Miscellaneous Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where staff without parent contact permission were observing an incomplete phone number under parent/guardian contact information.
