How to update your Procare payment information

There are currently two different processes for updating your Procare subscription payment information. When clicking the Profile icon in the top right corner, if you have the "Subscription" option, follow the steps below. If you do not have that option, please go to the Online Store to update your payment details.

  1. Click the Profile icon in the top right corner and select Subscription.

  2. Locate the Payment Type field and click the pencil icon to edit.

  3. Choose to add a credit card or bank account.

  4. Then, complete the Set Up Card popup and click Add Card.
