When a document has been sent and returned to the school by a parent or staff member, it must be approved by an admin prior to being marked as complete. Documents needing approval can be found in the Awaiting Approval list.
Once a document has been completed and approved, it can be viewed from the following screens:
Documents > Completed
Student documents - My School > Students > select a student > Documents
Staff documents - My School > Staff > select a staff member > Documents
Lead documents - Leads > Leads > select a lead > Documents
Documents that appear in the list can be previewed or downloaded by clicking the More Actions icon. You can also add an expiration date to each document, if needed.
