To assist your center with accomplishing this, we have released the functionality to allow parents to keep their messaging and billing information private from other individuals listed as parents on a student's profile.
As a way of respecting split families' privacy, parents will have the option to configure their device so that their messages with your center are not visible to the other parents are their child's account.
This setting is configured by the parents on their mobile devices. Below, you will find an article that you are able to share with your parents that walks them through the steps of configuring their account in this way.
Procare allows for your center to bill divorced or separated parents the appropriate portion of their child's tuition. Each parent will then be able to continue to make payments towards their balance while keeping their billing information private from other parents.
