Schools can keep a record of their staff members and the data that they have on file for them by pulling the Staff Detailed Report. This report can include both active and deactivated staff members as well as the provided and custom fields for the staff profiles. 

The Staff Detailed Report can be generated by using the website version of Procare Connect and going to Reports > Management > Staff Detailed. 

Once the Staff Detailed Report has been selected, you will be presented with the option to select the fields that you wish to generate, the status of the staff members, and the rooms that you wish to include. The excel sheet that is then generated will be based on the items selected and as a result, allows for you to customize this report.

After the report has been generated, you can then download the spreadsheet to your computer for your records or print for licensing purposes.
