To change your password, there are 2 different options depending on if you know your password or forgot your password.
Current Password Requirements
All passwords must meet the following criteria:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 letter
Option A: You know your password
If you know your current password and are logged in to the website, follow the steps below:
Click the profile icon in the upper right corner, then select your name.
Locate the Reset Password section and enter your current password. Then enter a new password and confirm your new password.
Then click Save Changes
Option B: You do not know your password
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please make sure you're logged out of your account, then follow the steps below:
Navigate to the login screen and click Reset.
Enter your email address that is associated to your Procare Account, then click Continue.
Once you receive the following email, click the Change Password link and following the prompts.
