When parents sign in to the Procare app, they are only able to see information relating to their own child(ren). This includes:

  • their current family balance, with the option to pay online using a credit card or bank account if your program is enabled
  • the option to view and respond to messages from staff
  • all daily activity and sign in-out updates

If you have enabled parents to edit their child's profile under settings, they will also be able to:

  • add or remove authorized pickups from their child's list
  • edit contact information
  • edit the child's profile information (ie, birthday, allergies, medication)
  • add profile pictures for the children, themselves, and their authorized pick-ups
