When invoicing siblings through Procare Connect's recurring attendance plan, the parent(s) will receive invoices separately for each child. Parents can combine their sibling invoice payments so that only one transaction fee is incurred per billing cycle.
Auto Pay is turned Off:
When the parent initiates one online payment for the total due for all siblings, the system will record their payment as one transaction thereby avoiding multiple transaction fees.
Auto Pay is turned On:
If the parent has chosen to pay using Auto Pay, it is important that you set up sibling invoices to be due on the same day so the payments are auto-drafted at the same time.
If the invoices are due on different dates the payments will be pulled separately, incurring multiple transaction fees.
