Increase your parent engagement by utilizing daily activities, such as meals, nap times, photos, videos and more! Daily activities can be added via the mobile app or the web for one or more children at a time. Once a daily activity is added to a child's timeline, it is then viewable by the parents from the mobile app.
Add Daily Activities
Launch your Procare mobile app and click "Activity" at the bottom.
Choose the activity you wish to record.
Select the student(s) and click Next.
Complete the activity details screen and click Add Activity.
Important: When "Staff Only - Requires Admin Approval for Parents" is the selected, an admin is required to view and approve the activity prior to sending to parents.
Edit or Delete a Daily Activity
Daily Activities can be edited or deleted from the app:
From the home screen, select the child's name.
Click the filter icon to filter by date and/or activity. Then click Apply.
Click the icon to the left of the activity.
Choose "Edit Activity" or "Delete Activity". If editing the activity, make the necessary changes and click "Update Activity".
Approving Daily Activities via the App
When the "Staff Only - Requires Admin Approval for Parents" option is selected, admins must view and approve this activity prior to parents seeing it. Follow the steps below to approve activities from within the app:
Select a student from the Attendance screen.
Locate an activity with "Staff" displayed, then tap the activity icon (in this example, it's the blocks).
Click Approve Activity.
The activity is now approved and will be sent to parents.
