Save some time and allow families to enter their own account information! You can enter the student's name, parent's name and parent email or mobile number and let the parent enter the rest (including authorized pickups and profile pictures)
Go to School Settings > Settings and enable "Allow Parent to Edit Family Records."
Now when the parent is signed into the Procare Connect app or website they will be able to use the pencil icon to add their address, edit and add Carers, and upload student and parent profile pictures.
It may be helpful for your program to turn this on for a short amount of time at the start of the new school year. This will for parents to update any pertinent information during an enrollment period.
NOTE: Parents are not able to update immunization records or upload documents to their child's profile. Only staff are able to do that from the website.
